FIC Completes goAML 5.4 Upgrade | Key Updates for Accountable Institutions

The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) successfully completed its upgrade of the goAML registration and reporting platform on 15 September 2025, migrating from version 4.6 to 5.4.

System Back Online

After a week-long maintenance window (8-14 September 2025), all goAML functionalities are now fully operational:

Registration and updates
Regulatory reporting
Message board
Request processing

Immediate Action Required

Accountable institutions and reporting institutions must now:

Resume submitting regulatory reports
Respond to pending information requests
Process registration updates
Clear any backlogs from the downtime period

Note: The FIC will issue separate instructions for Business-to-Business (B2B) reporters regarding backlog submissions.
